Since 1934, the Duvall Tavern has stood as a cornerstone of Main Street and a witness to nearly a century of change in our beloved town of Duvall, Washington. Originally established during the final years of Prohibition, the Tavern quickly became more than just a bar — it was a meeting place for loggers, farmers, railroad workers, and townsfolk looking to share a story over a stiff drink.
Through wars, floods, booms, and quiet winters, the Duvall Tavern has remained — a living piece of local history where the past and present meet. Its walls echo with decades of laughter, live music, community milestones, and the clink of countless glasses raised in good cheer.
Today, while we’ve added a few modern touches, our commitment to tradition runs deep. From our world famous burgers to our vintage decor and small-town hospitality, we honor the spirit of those who came before us.

Meet the Owners
Joel Stedman is the founder and CEO of The Stedman Group, a mix of local bars, restaurants and taprooms in the Puget Sound region. His first was Magnolia Village Pub, established in 2010, a community gathering space in the Magnolia neighborhood of Seattle. Eleven years later he’s the owner of four local gems focused on good beer, strong drinks and local experiences.
